Meet our Founder
With three decades of experience in the IT industry, Frank Noone has dedicated his entire career to making IT work for his clients. Frank was one of the first adopters of cloud solutions for small businesses and cutting-edge documentation technology. He has specialized in IT support and security for accounting and government firms for over 20 years. When Degree Six opened its doors, Frank decided to offer small and mid-size accounting and government contracting firms the full-range of enterprise-level IT support through a customized, cost-effective approach that treats each client’s unique needs with the same high level of focus and expertise our industry has lacked.
Frank lives in the Northern Virginia area with his wife, Martha.

Benjamin Ranieri
A proven IT and account professional, Ben has grown multiple IT support companies and improved their clients’ services and efficiencies to the prosperity of all. Ben has several certifications in IT solutions and brings a well-rounded growth mindset to this position. He focuses on client satisfaction as a key tenet for a well-run business. Ben specializes in consulting Government Contractors on IT and security compliance.
Andrew DeSantis
Andrew DeSantis has over 17 years in the IT and technology field. Andrew came originally from the Geek Squad foundation and reached higher levels of knowledge through field IT and project engineering in A/V and Networking.
Andrew has a deep breadth of knowledge that will only benefit the clients of Degree Six. Degree Six is proud to welcome Andrew as a senior technician.
Ihsaan Singleton
Ihsaan has over 8 years of IT experience. With the mindset of a business owner, combined with years of experience in different industries, Ihsaan brings a wide array of experience to assist with solving many problems, both technical and logistical. Our clients appreciate his ability to easily translate technical language into more objective examples, ensuring everyone is on the same page when installing new systems and troubleshooting.
Christopher Hearn
Christopher Hearn has 10 years of IT and Data experience. He specializes in account management and research projects for Degree Six clients, and has already brought to bear major innovations on the backend for Degree Six clients.
Christopher is boon to the Degree Six IT, Security, and Security compliance team and we’re excited to share his knowledge to the benefit of all our partners.
Peter
Noone
Peter has over 6 years of technical experience in providing help desk IT support, both remote and on-site. He is extremely familiar with Degree Six’s clients and is an expert in non-technical explanations of technical issues. His knowledge of client processes and troubleshooting techniques is invaluable to our clients.
Peter specializes in server support, patch management, and our automated software.
